Raymond Micaletti is the chief investment officer of Ethos Financial Group, where he helps shape the firm's asset allocation, market outlook, and risk posture. Over more than 25 years his career has centered on quantitative finance, predominantly systematic strategy development, at firms such as J.P. Morgan, Fortress Investment Group, Barclays, and Columbus Macro. A native of western Pennsylvania, he holds a PhD in engineering mechanics from Princeton University and a bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
